Book on digital pathology

Dear list,

Benjamin has allowed me to advertise a new publication here. We have written
the first book that focuses solely on digital pathology:

The OpenSlide project itself is also mentioned on several occasions, as an
alternative to several commercial options (and as an illustration of the way
to go).
