Errors building natively on Windows

Hi,

I am trying to build natively for Windows using the instructions on the GitHub page 'openslide-winbuild' after cloning the repo today.

I have downloaded JDK 8 and Cygwin 1.7.29 for my 64 bit Windows 7 machine. I copied the 'setup-x86_64.exe' in to the install folder for Cygwin which on my machine is 'C:\cygwin64'.

I get the following messages when I try to execute the one-time setup:

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Thanks.
