unreadable mirax file

Hi all,

I'm having trouble reading this mirax image:

I get:

openslide-write-png: A6_1037_HE.mrxs: Cannot read slide position info:
Expected first 0 value

Looking quickly at the source, I think it's unable to parse one of the
top-level records in Index.dat.

This is with 3.3.3 and git master on Ubuntu 13.04.
