New releases of OpenSlide and Java/Python bindings

Not yet.  If nothing untoward shows up in this release, I hope to 
declare the Python API stable and release the next version as 1.0.  The 
Java bindings will need some cleanup work first, which hopefully will 
happen in the next few months.
