NDPI reader

Hi Benjamin,
I have send my code to OpenSlide git.

I have some of question too about NDPI file and create that question in my code.

I am success to running test/test.c to open CMU-1.ndpi.
this test code create ppm file from NDPI file.

When I try to open CMU-3.npdi, I get this error message :
Empty JPEG image (DNL not supported)

The program error when try to verify the JPEG file. Are you have experience about this error message ?
