large files in w32

Hi Benjamin, I did rebuild Openslide against libtiff 4 (beta release 7), which produces binaries libtiff-5.dll. When building openslide with libtiff-5.dll it just gets part of the image and truncates it. I have used libjpeg-8 and zlib to build libtiff-5.dll in Mingw32 but I do not know if I am missing another library or did not set up right something. Windows is always trickier. Elena

Hi Elena,

I cannot reproduce this problem. Did you rebuild OpenSlide against
libtiff 4? libtiff 4 is not ABI-compatible with libtiff 3.
