[944] Attendance + notes online

Hi All,

Scans from today's lecture are online.

Also, in terms of attendance: I got some 15+ emails after class from
people who attended class and forgot / were too late for the attendance
sheet. This is more than I can keep up with.

    1. For today, I will mark all of you present.

    2. From next lecture onwards, I make no such guarantee!

I realise that attending the lecture is not necessarily the same as
signing the attendance sheet. However, if I get more email requests than
I can keep up with, I will have no choice but to measure attendance
solely by signatures on the sign in sheet.
