[269] Mid semester grades

Hi All,

Apologies. I assumed the mid-semester grade deadline was March 13th.
Turns out it was March 11th, and I am unable to enter mid-semester
grades into the system anymore.

Instead, I assigned mid-semester grades using

    80% Midterm 1
    20% Homeworks, with lowest homework dropped.
