Append the content of the dh parameters file (pem encoded) to the file
holding the private key (i.e. the file pointed by tls_key_file).
It should also work in the tls_cert_file but it didn't work here.
Look in the logs for the message "imapd:Loading DH parameters from file"
instead of "imapd:Loading hard-coded DH parameters"
