how to configure dhparms in cyrus-imapd 2.4.x

Hi,

to prevent the logjam Attack https://weakdh.org/ I want to configure  
my own set of dh parameters.
I didn't find an option to configure the dh parameter length, or a dh  
parameter file generated by
openssl dhparam
