Thanks.  Apart from this, should I also do
1. ctl_cyrusdb -r
2. tls_prune
3. ctl_cyrusdb -c
4. cyr_expire -E 3

as documented in some threads for 32-bit to 64-bit conversion.

Or reconstruct -r -f will take care of all these steps?
