Thanks, configuring proxyservers solved the problem.
The murder documentation does indicate that you "want"
configure proxyservers but it does not indicate that you
"must" configure proxyservers to prevent lmtp loops.
It would be nice if the lmtp would check if the servername
of a remote mailbox matches his own servername to prevent
the loop.
