Migrating language encoded folders from cyrus 2.2.12 to 2.3.11

Hi there,
when I copied (and reconstructed) user's email imap folders to a
new server, I see them like this:
"Kamil &AQw-ern&AP0-/", should be "Kamil Černý" (Czech language). I
use Squirrelmail as a imap client, isn't there some configuration in
the cyrus ?

My domain use SPF (www.openspf.org) and DomainKeys/DKIM (with ADSP)
policy and check. If you've problem with sending emails to me, start
using email origin methods mentioned above. Thank you.
