cyrus 2.3.14 on opensuse 11.1 x64 and lmtp errors

The openSUSE packages do neither know the rfc_ignore_8bit nor munge_8bit. 
"munge8bit" which is available since 2.3.6 AFAIK is the correct thing to 
use.
