Cross domain rights

Hi,

when i have a mailbox in the form of
user.name.important at domain.tld
other people can send mails directly there by sending a mail to user
+important at domain.tld, provided they have the "p" right.

Is there a way to set this "p" right for users not belonging to
domain.tld ?
