This is an MUA "problem" -- not something that should ever be dealt with
in any way whatsoever by the mail transport and delivery mechanisms.

Actually what your user is asking for is not something that should ever
be done in the first place.  I.e. never implement automated tools that
can reply to messages without building in and carefully testing
significant safeguards.

Reliable tools that do reply automatically to mail will only send one
reply per week or so to a given address because to do otherwise invites
abuse and allows for denial of service attacks.

Teach your users to use e-mail responsibly.
