Quota question

Hello,

If I do a SETQUOTA and GETQUOTA should I be using bytes or kilobytes? Sorry, this is probably obvious to most people but I am rather new at it.

I'm connecting with "fsockopen" since I'm right on the server... just in case how you connect makes a difference.
