Server Hardware Upgrade

Hai,

We have 4 backend cyrus server running with Redhat Linux 9.0, I am planning to Upgrade to new hardware and the OS is also CentOS 4 or 5. 

Can some one give the procedure to move the mailstore from old server to new server, and do have any limitation to upgrade the Hardware and OS.
