Several people have asked for the IDR number from Sun that gave
us the performance optimizations we needed.

Management says the agreement for the IDR we got prohibits this.

However this forum thread from BEFORE the agreement should point you
in the right direction:

The IDR we got has more bugid fixes than just one though, I suspect
it's a full wad of Nevada fixes backported to Solaris 10u4 kernel.
