Automated user move script

All,
  A while back on the list, I saw someone mention that they had created a script that runs off cron, and automatically moves users between partitions when they get close to full. I've currently got a script that will move users between partitions, but you must feed it users to move. In a effort to get this functionality working sooner, I was wondering if anyone has built something like already, and would like to share it. Otherwise, when I get some free time I will add on to my script to do this functionality. If anyone would like the script I've written already, I'm glad to provide that to make your life easier. Currently, it will move a user from any partition to any partition on the same server. You can provide it a list of users (you must generate), and it will handle them easily. Please feel free to email me, and I can provide it.
