Patch to quota_db.c from June 17 breaks quota

Hi,

we set up replication with cyrus from cvs and found out that
the commit from last Sunday broke Quota support
(http://lists.andrew.cmu.edu/pipermail/cyrus-cvs/2007-June/000570.html).
Reading/setting quota for users with existing quota still works but
setting a quota for a new user fails with DB Errors. The behavior is not
DB backend specific. After reverting the commit things went back to
normal. Could someone with deeper cyrus knowledge look at the patch again?
