LTMPD rejecting large messages, maxmessagesize is _not_ set

Yep, I just figured that out. The user is forwarding their mail off,
and the service to which they are forwarding is rejecting the
message. Thanks!

Yeesh. If I was a C programmer, I'd fix that. That seems decidely
less robust than one would expect.
