sieveshell and sivtest is not working here :-(

Yes Andy, I am using saslauthd with pam mechanism. below is the
configuration of /etc/pam.d/sieve

------------------------------------------------------------
auth       sufficient   /lib/security/pam_ldap.so
auth       required     /lib/security/pam_unix.so  try_first_pass
account    sufficient   /lib/security/pam_ldap.so
account    required     /lib/security/pam_unix.so
-----------------------------------------------------------------

please note I have the same configuration at /etc/pam.d/imap and imap is
working well but not sieve :-(
the version of cyrus is    cyrus-imapd-2.2.12-5
