cyrus 2.3.x and thunderbird 2.x delete issue

I'm confused.  Do we really have to write a script to loop through all 
of the accounts and fix the ACLs for every folder?  Is that the right 
way to fix this?  (because I'm not in love with that, and would rather 
fix it in the server...)
