Make sure you have enabled access to the cyrusMasterMIB in snmpd.conf as 
the default config usually locks down the unauthenticated MIB visiblity.
Ie. 'view    systemview    included   .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.1'

Then try 'snmpwalk -Os -c public -v 1 localhost .1.3.6.1.4.1.3.6.1' 
after restarting.
