Sieve DBERROR with avelsieve

  Until I get this figured out on the cyrus side, I have eliminated the errors by
disabling the use of tls for the avelsieve plugin in Squirrelmail
(managesieve.lib.php).  If anyone has any ideas (especially if I've missed
something obvious), I'd love to hear them.
