dedlivering messages probelm with fetchmail

Hi i have almost fixed the problems.
A new one appear

fetchmail: POP3< +OK 4281 octets
reading message myuser at my.mail.server.domain:1 of 70 (4281 octets)
fetchmail: SMTP< 220 a.pop.server.to.retrieve.messages ESMTP Sendmail
8.13.6/8.13.6/cargnini

fetchmail: smtp listener protocol error
 not flushed
someone knows why this colud be happening ? and course, how to fix this ?
