[Web-cyradm] trouble with Postfix + MySQL + Cyrus IMAPd + Web-Cyradm integration - on CentOS 4.2 - RHEL 4 "clone"

Create new users in web-cyradm (web-cyradm creates entries in mysql 
database + new accounts in cyrus).
