Sieve rule: move to folder and forward

If you want to forward all mails to the backup-account, than you have  
to create a filter rule at the top that matches all mails. Set it to  
forward the mails and  to continue the filter. Than you sort the spam  
in the spam-folder and keppt the other E-Mails.
