all emails are marked as read including new ones (fwd)

I'm forwarding this email because:
1) I didn't see an answer
2) we appear to have the same problem in similar circumstances (restore 
from backups)

Not all restored users are having the same problem. We're running 2.2.12

The seen database seems OK (right perms etc).

Hi

Cyrus Imapd 2.0.x is flag all emails as read including new arriving emails.

This happen since I've restored some mailboxes from a backup. I run "su cyrus 
-c "reconstruct -r user.foo" for this mailboxes but still new arriving emails 
are getting marked as read.

Does anyone know how to fix this behaviour?
