Virtdomains appending domain after folder names!

As expected.

You'll get
user/fred/Drafts at bah.blah.net
and remove defaultdomain param

This is correct.

Everything worked as expected.  See $cyrus-imapd-src/doc and 'man 
imapd.conf'
