Do you mean just give a user with cyradm access to the mailbox?

I added the user root to all my shared folders on the old mail server.
Then i added the shared folder within cyradm on the new server and tried
to sync diffrent folder with these syntax

imapsync --host1 old_mail --user1 root --passfile1 /root/old_mail_pass
--sep1 . --host2 new_mail --user2 manager --passfile2 /root/new_mail
--sep2 / --folder qwert --dry

this command wont sync anything for me..

i tried different options without a glue how to get it working for me...
