I've one nearly 60k, lots of elsif()'s for sorting list mail and junk mail.
Works fine, one thing you got to watch out for is a typical programming
problem for large match lists, it's always run top down :) so once in a
while things don't match as you'd expect, you have to make sure to get most
specific matches first!
