Cyrus-IMAPD compile issues

Try something like this:

CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/bdb/include" \
LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/bdb/lib -R/usr/local/bdb/lib -ldb" \
./configure \
....

Also, I was having a similar problem with cyrus-sasl, even though the
the CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS were being set right and I thought I was in
bash, once I actually ran under a bash shell it worked, and the sed
worked fine as well...

Also, make sure to make clean before trying again.
