Cyrus not using saslauthd

It looks like your saslauthd and libsasl2 come from two different
versions. This should be OK. So, you can start saslauthd -m
<path_to_socket_do_not_include_mux> -a ... Or in imapd.conf use
sasl_saslauthd_path param (This one needs to include the full path
including /mux)
