Restrict IMAP usage to certain hosts

Hi,

A solution can be to use a firewall with authentication to be able to
control access by users.
NuFW ( http://www.nufw.org/ ) is able to do such a thing as well as
doing filtering based on application (to control the mail client used to
contact the cyrus).
