no cyradm connection - DBERROR in /var/log/messages

Hello 
I would like to set-up an working IMAP Server on an up-to-date Gentoo System. I used the Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO which can be found on http://www.delouw.ch/linux/Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO/html/index.html 
 
The IMAP Server should run with postfix and authentication should through my running MYSQL database. Because I used Gentoo, I compile all packages with the emerge commad. Here are the versions for my installed packages: 
 
cyrus-sasl-2.1.20 
cyrus-imapd-2.2.10 
postfix-2.1.5-r2 
mysql-4.0.22-r2 
pam_mysql-0.5 
 
I downloaded web-cyradm-0.5.4-1.tar.gz manually from web and extract it on my apache2 server. Up to now I have not investigate time in it, because I have db errors with sasl and cyrus. 
 
If I write the cyrus user with the command...

Again (for verification):

... the followig error appear in /var/log/messages:

I do not understand why sasl does not find the DB. Furthermore, If I set up the command to the connect to the Server I get the following output:
