cyrus + sieve filter working but vacation not working

i have a problem with sieve vacation in Open Xchange,
  when i try sieve filter, it works, but when i try sieve vacation, it dont work,
  what should i do?
   
  some one know how to debug / see debug messages of sieve? i have see in /var/log/messages but it no errror...
