How to remove duplicate Mails from Imap

i'm really sorry for my late answer.

The users told me wrong things. He has two imap accounts, one for 
mailbackup and one real account. He moved mails from one to the otherbox 
and something went wrong. The mails are not real duplicates, they have 
diffrent TO: one to mailbackup at domain.foo and and the other 
user at domain.foo. So we need a tool to delete by subject/date etc.
