imapd works, pop fails HARD ! :-(

Ok, problem (?) found. The 'format' of the messages seems to be the problem. 
Somehow the mbox -> imap split is doing something nasty. ..

Getting the message(s) with pop3test from the commandline works as expected, 
Outlouk cq Outlook Express just has problems with these messages ;(
