cyrus-pop3d & cyradm

So you can't use cyradm without cyrus-imapd, and you must use cyradm to
create/delete mailbox/acl... ok so cyrus-pop3d is not standalone... never
mind, even I need to bind imapd on all ip addresses to use web interface on
other host, iptables will filter all this.
