Upgrade from 2.1.16 to 2.2.8

I did many upgrades without touching imapd.conf. In fact the imapd.conf in
the new rpm is still the same and I didn't get reports of poeple where the
upgrade was failing, but YMMV. As always, a backup is recommended :)
