No.

This a cyrus sasl param which can be specified in imapd.conf via sasl_ 
prefix.  See sasl_option in imapd.conf.

Based on your saslauthd startup you need to use (unless you have some 
vendor specific cyrus-sasl version):
sasl_saslauthd_path: /var/run/saslauthd/mux/mux
