Error compiling 2.1.17

Replying to my own post and top posting at that:

The fix was to edit cyrusdb_db3.c and change line 46 to:
#include </usr/local/include/db3/db.h>

Now that I think about it, this was a problem when I compiled 2.1.12 
also but the error didn't jog my memory.
