sendmail hooks for pre-checking of over-quota imap users?

Hm... It's interesting:
ADDRESS TEST MODE (ruleset 3 NOT automatically invoked)
Enter <ruleset> <address>
> map_lookup: cyrus (real-user at xxxxxxx.ru) no match (69)
 
And I see in cyrus log:

May 15 20:50:40 smmapd[11904]: executed
May 15 20:50:40 smmapd[11904]: accepted connection
May 15 20:50:40 smmapd[11904]: append_check() of 'user.real-user' failed (Over quota)

But it is not check for incoming mail...
