servname not supported

Found this solution, the book I'm reading and using to setup Cyrus-IMAP,
Managing IMAP (O'reilly), has this as a typo '/usr/local/bin/imtest -p
localhost imap'. I found on the net that it should be:

../imtest -p imap localhost

Man, that will be dissapointing for many readers when they test their
new installation...
