Regarding the changes to smmapd & CVS

All you should need is the latest mupdate_client.[ch] and the latest 
smmapd.c minus the quotadb_*() changes (patch from 1.1 to 1.2).  I 
haven't tried this, so normal disclaimers apply.

The alternative is to wait for 2.2.4 which I'm guessing should be out 
before Easter.
