Sieve on Inbox?

I'm positively, absolutely sure that this has been asked before, but a quick
googling for it was not fruitful.

Is there a way to run sieve on the messages currently residing on a folder?
Basically I developed a full script and now I want it to reorganize 200+
messages into nice folders without having to do it by hand.
