[sendmail] Sendmail-8.13.0 released

Sendmail.org released today stable sendmail-8.13 (sendmail-8.13.0).

This sendmail version requires no patches to make it support "socket map" 
protocol. The protocol has been supported by cyrus since release of 
cyrus-2.2.3 (smmapd.c file).

The protocol can be used to make sendmail verify validity of addresses served 
by cyrus imap server when replying to "RCPT TO:" command.
