Bug fix for the deletemailbox atch for cyrus-imapd 2.2.6

  Hello All,

 An updated patch for the deletemailbox uoa patch for
cyrus imapd 2.2.6 has been released. The bug was found 
after watching a long thread in info-cyrus about vanishing 
quota information. 

Thanks to Simon Matter for providing valuable feedback, 
and testing the version of the patch. There
might be a problem with some old versions of Redhat 
and the diff provided in the web page (that is what Simon 
Matter reported) so in this case use Simon's rpms.

 This patch is already included in the new RPMS that
Simon has released.
